From the Cuillin Mountains to Fairy Pool, the Isle of Skye is the perfect place for any photographer.

This 5-day landscape photography workshop starts in the vibrant city of Glasgow before the drive to the Isle of Skye. There will so much variety that you will wish you were there longer.
Early in the morning one day, you might be photographing beautiful rock formations. Then immerse yourself in spending the day shooting an iconic location like the Sligachan Bridge, Fairy Glen or Neist Point. After a few days of stunning landscape photography, not only will you improve your photography skills, but also come back with stunning images.
Why you should come to our Isle of Skye photography workshop
Scotland is one of the world’s best landscape photography locations. Our Isle of Skye workshop is designed to guide you to the most photogenic locations at the best time to visit. That’s one of the reasons we avoid running these workshops in the summer months.
We will teach you how best to utilise the light available and to aid you in visualising and preparing a scene. We will teach you how to use filters in difficult lighting conditions and work with you to improve your composition.

On this workshop, our expert tutors Kav Dadfar or Jordan Banks will help you train yourself to see and harness your creativity. You will learn how to survey the landscape, and utilise your environment. Not only will you take home an amazing set of images from Skye, but continue to put your new skills to use. Our time together will include individual discussions, inspiring ideas, and some world-class scotch.
Professional service by pro photographers
There are lots of Isle of Skye photography workshops out there. So why should you choose us?
Unlike many other photography tour providers, our tutors are professional photographers. Not only by title but in practice. They are working photographers who have spent years honing their skills. Their work has appeared across the globe in the likes on National Geographic, Wanderlust Travel Magazine and Lonely Planet.

Private tours
We have always believed that small groups are best for travelling. Not only are they safer to run and manage. But they are also much more sustainable and responsible. This is even more important for a photography course where learning is key.
For this reason, we run all our UK workshops as private tours. This means workshops can be tailored to exactly what you want to achieve. Whether it’s a night photography tour or landscape photography, imagine how much you could learn in a few days with a private instructor to guide you!
*Private tours are open to groups should you already be two or more people looking to attend the workshop.
