Experience

This photo tour is ideal for beginner, amateur, enthusiast and semi-pro photographers but even non-photographers are welcome on this tour.

Tayrona NP hike

The hike to get to our camp will be 2 hours. If we take pictures. But as we will be stopping to take photos it will more likely take 4-5 hours. For those who prefer not to walk there is the option of going on horseback (additional cost not included in tour price).

We will leave our heavy bags at the hotel securely before starting the walk.

Sleeping in Tayrona NP

We will be camping whilst in Tayrona NP (for 2 x nights). This will involve sleeping in hammocks under a roof but open structure.

– Everyone a personal locker, so a padlock is strongly recommended.

– There are tents with mattress (but without lockers). Please ask if you would prefer these.

– The campsite is very basic, but the location makes it unique. It will be an unforgettable experience.

– There is a restaurant on-site, with a small shop to buy basic things (water, coffee, shampoo)

– Showers and toilets are very basic but clean.
